• Upload files that contain viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Upload files containing content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates third-party rights

• Upload content that violates copyright law without the rights holder’s permission
• Use the Service to process files belonging to others without their permission

4. File Privacy and Security

Files you upload are processed automatically by software. We do not view, read, analyze, or share the contents of your files. All uploaded files and processed outputs are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 60 minutes of processing. You should not upload files containing highly sensitive personal information such as passwords, financial account numbers, or government ID numbers if you have concerns about data transmission.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all files you upload. By uploading files, you grant iLovePDFto a limited, temporary license to process those files for the purpose of providing the Service. This license terminates automatically when your files are deleted from our servers.

The iLovePDFto name, logo, website design, and software are the intellectual property of iLovePDFto and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided ‘as is’ without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that conversions will be perfect. We recommend keeping backups of important files before processing.

7. Limitation of Liability

iLovePDFto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (which is $0 for free service users).

8. Third-Party Content

Some tools on this site may link to or embed third-party conversion services. Use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. iLovePDFto is not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
